I just received my order, so it’s fresh in my mind, and everything was exactly right. No missing pieces, no random swaps, no mix-ups—just what I ordered.

The scooter showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I’m not exactly the handiest person, but I still had it put together in about 20 minutes. The instructions were clear enough, and everything I needed was in the box. I’m really happy with how simple the whole setup was.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I emailed later and didn’t hear back as quickly as I assumed I would. I probably got a little impatient, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, the service was helpful and I’d be fine using them again...

He helped me narrow it down to one that actually fit her needs and our budget. Really easy experience.

It’s been decent for everyday use, but I’ve definitely noticed the battery getting weaker over time. It still works most days, so I can’t say it’s terrible, but I don’t really buy all the polished company talk about durability and long-lasting performance. In real use, it feels just okay, not super sturdy.

Pages loaded slowly for me, and the filters weren’t as helpful as they could be. Checkout went through fine, but overall the site felt a bit clunky and frustrating to navigate

The battery life has been decent so far. I can usually get through the whole day without needing to charge it, which is nice.
